It was a delight to see this return customer. She bought our Myrna Loy Gown at last year’s Fetish Flea, and wore it to show off her stunning curves! Once we had her professionally shined she was more than willing to pose for the admiring crowd!
This year she added our Femme Fatale Dress to her wardrobe, and paired it with matching Mitts.
When this couple arrived at the Fetish Fair Flea Market, he had no idea he’d also be dressing in latex!
His partner has gone all out with a ruby Bodice Corset, matching Latex Leggings and Opera Mitts. Once he saw her fully dressed and shined, he had no choice but to comply!
I was very pleased when an attendee of my Fetish Retinue (at the time, the longest-running monthly fetish party in NYC) brought his new financé (and latex virgin) to us at the Fetish Fair Flea Market for her first latex ensemble.
It’s always a particular pleasure to dress the Queens in latex. It can be difficult for them to find both flattering styles and fits for their curves. This beautiful woman adored her Baroness A-line Skirt and Marilyn Monroe Top, and finished the look with our Bolero Jacket.
I was invited by the Fashion Committee of The National Arts Club to speak on Latex in Fashion on Feb 7 at their NYC clubhouse.
The enthusiastic, standing-room-only crowd gave me a warm welcome, and seemed interested in more than the fashion side of latex!
While the event was live-streamed on Facebook, this video is a bit easier to watch. Coming soon, the question-and-answer segment that followed my presentation.
On behalf of the fashion committee, I would still like to thank you again for bringing not only such an interesting and unique program to the club, but also your great sense of humor and grace. I can assure you it was one of the most popular programs we have ever had, and I heard many people still talking about it in the club during this week – that does not happen often! We can surely talk about future collaborations.

Thanks to The National Arts Club for providing many excellent photos, including these (and more in the video):
And many thanks to Efrain Gonzalez for contributing these photos:
TANYA is wearing The Baroness’ latex Tart Dress in sapphire blue, which brings out the color of her eyes! ( although in this sexy dress it’s not the first thing you’ll notice!)
Wearing a Rubber Corset to the Guggenheim International Gala
We get this question a lot at the boutique. For me, it’s not an issue— I like to wear latex every day. But we always like to hear about others’ experiences.
Samantha Radnor (@samantharadnor) made a splash at the Guggenheim Gala in November with her new Baroness corset. Here’s what she had to say:
” I wanted to send you a few photos from last week’s gala at the Guggenheim. I loved the corset so much and received rave reviews. Thanks again for fitting this for me! “
You’re welcome, Samantha! Thanks for sending us the photos!
This book is based on interviews with dominatrixes. But the ideas apply to anyone seeking to learn how to better channel their personal power in everyday life.
Lindsay interviewed me (The Baroness) at my boutique and at DomCon LA. I talked about latex and my philosophy of “Change your clothes, Change your life!”. I was delighted that after our meeting I’d influenced her enough that now she proudly struts about in a Baroness waist cincher!
